The master bedroom has patio doors leading to the pool deck. It has a very comfortable US King size bed and is furnished with white cane furniture which includes a drawer set, side tables and a matching full length cheval mirror. There is a large en suite bathroom with shower, bath and double vanity unit. The room also has a 37” cabled TV and a generous walk-in dressing room / closet with ample hanging and storage. A safe is located in the closet for guest use.

The second bedroom also has patio door access to the pool deck and comprises a pillow top queen size bed (UK king size equivalent), drawer set, side tables, double walk-in closet and a TV with DVD player.

The third bedroom has twin beds, a drawer set, night stand, double walk-in closet and cabled TV. The personal computer is also located in this room.

The main bathroom, located between the second and third bedrooms, has a single vanity unit, full bath and shower. A hairdryer and curling tongs are located in the linen cupboard in the bathroom.

The lounge has been furnished with two neutral sofas, a contrasting rust sofa, light wood end tables, coffee table and TV stand. There is a 32” LCD television with 100's of channels including "Fox soccer channel" should you want to keep in touch with your home team. One of the sofas converts into a queen size bed that will comfortably sleep 2 people.

The formal dining area, located off the lounge, has also been furnished with a light wood dining table and six chairs, wall units and corner unit.

A fully fitted well equipped light and airy kitchen features a stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven as well as all other implements you would expect. There is also a breakfast eating area that overlooks the pool and pool deck. There is a door that leads into the games room in the garage.

Laundry facilities including a top loader washing machine and drier are located within the garage.

The 40ft heated pool with spa and large deck overlooks the lake. The pool, largest in the community, the pool can be classed as a swimming pool, is fully screened and has a generous newly tiled lanai. The lake view, together with orange trees and space between the neighbouring villas, guarantees your privacy whilst around the pool. Pool furniture including loungers and outside dining, are also available for your use.

A games room that includes a pool table, foosball table and electronic dart board has been set up in the double garage, offering a sanctuary for the kids, big ones included, to get out of the sun for a while or to keep them amused whilst the adults top up their tan or toast the sunset from the pool deck with a cool glass of wine or beer.
