We loved the fact that the pool is in a middle location of the entire home. We can see the pool from the nice kitchen area and living room. We loved the ducks too. Our children loved going to pool after a long day at Disney World and Universal Studios...We will definitley recommend this home to our other friends and we will definitley be back in Florida and hopefully this home will not be booked for the dates we would like. Comment: Villa was everything we had hoped for. Clean, fully equipped and well presented, with its location being ideal for the parks, shops and restaurants. The westerly facing lanai and pool is great for sun lovers with great views of the lake and its wildlife. Also plenty to do inside when the weather isn't great (table football, pool & darts in the garage), the PC with internet access in one of the bedrooms and the Fox Soccer Channel for a fix of real football this villa has pretty much everything.

Comment: Spent two heavenly weeks Aug28/Sept10.We have stayed in four different villas on this estate, yours was the cleanest most modern and the best beds ever, superb value for money, will certainly go back and will recommend highly to family and friends. Comment: The Villa lived up to our high expectations and more, Willie Linda and the Property Management Company they use maintain the property to a very high standard indeed. For us it was the ideal location of the Villa which impressed above all, Orlando International Airport is 25 minutes away, all the major theme parks are within a 20 minute drive, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are just over an hour away. There is a Walmart Supermarket within half a mile as well as a plethora of restaurants virtually on the doorstep. This was our first visit to Florida and although this type of Flydrive holiday may appear daunting our advice would be do it! Driving in Florida is very straightforward I would however recommend using Satnav . The PC at the Villa also proved very useful especially if you want to use airline online check in facilities. We had a fantastic holiday and look forward to a return visit to Willie and Linda’s superb home.

Comment: This certainly was value for money. The villa was a dream location for our children. Our 3-year old son thought the villa belonged to a Disney theme park. And if the kids like the place, the parents are able to relax. We hope to come back one day.

Comment: We highly recommend this house. It is very tastefully decorated, very functional and not gaudy. The view from the pool of the lake and wildlife I do not believe you will find anywhere else- well done !

Comment: Just a quick thank you william & linda for allowing us to share your beatiful villa it was amazing the girls enjoyed themselves in the pool and there was plenty of wildlife in the lake.There are 2 alligators in the lake and turtles who love to eat crackers,watch out for a possom he likes to appear from the side of the villa about 12-12.30 nightly.We recommend steak & shake which isnt far from the villa and the flea market for cheap gifts.Thanx again both we will be going back.

Comment: We sold our own villa in 2000 and have rented many since then. We can honestly say that Linda and Willie's is the only one we would return to! The lakeside location is perfect and we loved watching the wildlife at such close quarters. Alligator, turtle, racoon, ducks, heron, egrets, armadillo and, the best, an osprey diving for fish. The villa is beautifully presented and comfortable -just perfect! Loved the games room and the fab pool - long enough to really swim in! We WILL be back next year!

Comment: Dear Linda & Willie Well what a holiday! Were we really there in your excellent Florida home for two weeks? I'm sure it was only three or four days. The time really flew while we were there, its hard to describe how much of a great time we had in Central Florida. We got off to a pretty good start at Dollar car rental with an upgrade to a Dodge Charger (vroom vroom).The directions from the airport were spot on and when we got to Country Creek the smiles on our rather tired faces became grins of delight. What a lovely villa! All we had to do was stock the fridge and settle in. Sunset, cicadas & margharitas by the pool, pretty much perfect.

Comment: Dave's comments cont: The villa location really couldn't be better with Wal-Mart within walking distance (if it wasn't so hot). I'm sure loads of villas are advertised as being within 15 mins of Disney or 20 mins from Universal etc, but when we went to Typhoon Lagoon (Disney) I checked my watch as I closed the front door of the villa (09:28) and as we got out of the car at TL car park the dashboard clock read 09:43. Now I know those Chargers are good but the Osceola Sherriffs are not to be messed with and speed limits were observed at all times. The restaurant recommendations in the info pack were also very useful, with Bennigans burgers a particular favourite of mine and the lively atmosphere in Chilis went down very well with the boys.

Comment: Dave's comments cont: However it's the little details that really make a great holiday and many of those were to do with the standard of your villa. The wildlife in and around the lake makes fascinating viewing at any time of the day with the gator and osprey providing some stunning highlights. Our two boys who are 14 & 12 were impressed with the table football and pool table, while Chrstine and myself were pleasantly surprised with the provision of internet access (used only once to find out £ to $ exchange rate)! Even the clock/rel humidity/thermometer on the lanai wall made a lovely finishing touch.

Comment: Dave's comments cont: We had only one minor emergency when we came back one afternoon to find the ducks having a bath in an expanding puddle of pool water at the side of the villa. However this was quickly sorted out by Russ who came straight round when we gave him a call. He really is what we would call a "canny lad", very professional with an easy going pleasant disposition. Your villa really is in good hands with his management company. Finally what I found really wonderful was the overall luxurious standard of the villa for the amazing price! I'm sure i've paid a similar amount per week for a static caravan in Morecombe in October..?!

Comment: Dave's comments cont: The only thing preventing us from re-booking immediately is the crippling cost of a fly-drive package for a family of four from Newcastle. Oh well, just have to start saving up. So on behalf of Dave jr, Connor, Christine & myself I would like to thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home for two magical weeks. Comment: We had a great stay at your villa. It was spotless, comfortable and had all you could need and more. The kids loved the pool table and having computer access was a great help. We loved watching the wildlife in the lake. We saw 2 gators, lots of ducks, turtles, squirrels, and even an osprey catching fish. Wonderful! Comment: After making a roundtrip starting in DC, riding to Niagara Falls and Toronto and returing in DC, we stayed a week in the villa. We have had a great time despite the hot weather and high humidity. Most of the time after the breakfast on the terrace, our son was going to swim. Everything was in the villa, even much TV channels. Everynight it was possible to see a baseballgame. The villa was easy to reach from the airport avoiding the toll roads. Our TomTom finds an easy way (Boggy Creek Road). Walmart was very near but we prefer Target, a 10 minute drive. We have seen Alley lying down on the fountain.

Comment: We started our third floridatrip in this villa for 5 days. It was really the best villa we had in this area. It is very central located (from malls, disney, 192) and it is a gorgeous home with a huge pool. Very clean and a nice kitchen.

Comment: We stayed at the villa 11-28 August 09. Upon arrival the pool was murky but a call to Russ soon put it right. And he quickly fixed a dripping tap in the kitchen so big thanks to Russ! We had a fantastic time at the villa and what a great view! Also a great location, 25 mins to WDW. The villa was spotless and had all the amenities we wanted. Especially useful to have internet access as we had a family cisis back home. Thanks to Willie,Linda and the villa we had a ball!

Comment: Just returned after a fabulous fortnight in your beautiful villa - a truly lovely, clean home with everything catered for. The kids adored having their own rooms, internet access and a games room, not to mention the fantastic pool which we couldn't get them out of (and a must when the weather was so hot) - who needs Disney, Universal etc! Comment: We just spent 16 nights in this house and it was excellent. It was close to everything - shops, Disney, etc. The pool was large compared to others. The house was well kitted out. Internet access was very useful. The estate is quiet and the lake and wildlife a nice distraction when sitting in the sun. The house is was facing so the patio got the sun all afternoon and evening. It was clean. It was good value. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a family break in Orlando.

Comment: We had a wonderful vacation in Orlando, with our 4-month old daughter and my parents who are in their 70's. This villa made the vacation so much easier and so much more comfortable! The location is perfect, the house is very well decorated and spotlessly clean, and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely go back again in the future, and will highly recommend it to anyone I know, especially those traveling with kids.

Everything was within easy reach, supermarkets, shopping, Disney, restaurants. It was just my daughter and I and we felt so safe and secure at all times. The pool was perfect for the children to relax in at the end of a busy day, and the whirlpool perfect for my aching legs! Comment: Just returned from 2 weeks at the Villa. The photo's do not do it justice! Everything is spotless and it really is a home from home.The travel cot and high chair were great for our 19mth old grand-daughter. Our grand-daughter absolutely loved the ducks and cranes that appeared every morning! The Villa is ideally placed for all the parks including Busch Gardens but has the benefit of being on a quiet estate. 5 stars as a minimum!!!

Comment: This villa is perfect in every way - fabulous swimming pool, very spacious inside the villa and well equipped, comfortable lounge area and comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean in a very well kept community, it is less than 20 mins away from the Disney parks, Walmart is on the doorstep for all the essentials and International Drive is less than 30 mins drive away. There is no doubt we will be booking this villa again for our next trip to Florida.

Comment: We had a wonderful holiday at your villa; it lived up to all our expectations and more. Decor and furnishings were spot on as was the delightful pool which was a real lifesaver when we needed to cool down. Comment: Having visited Florida annually for the last 22 years we believe VillaMagic is probably amongst the best value in the Kissimmee central area we have visited.Facilities and fittings are of a high standard, with excellent local support from Russ if required e.g we experienceed a power outage and aircon failure rectified within 2 hours.We will certainly return and the Country Creek estate has a good central location yet very restful.Many thanks Willie and Lynda.
