We recommend pool heating from October to April which is charged at $25/£15 per day. This should be requested at time of booking.

A cleaning surcharge of $75/£40 will be charged for bookings of 5 days and below.

Bookings are held for 7 working days until receipt of deposit (£100 / $150 per booking). Final payments can be made directly to our US or UK bank accounts or alternatively by US or UK cheque. Please advise your preferred method of payment with your booking request.

A security deposit of $250/£135 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. This is fully refundable after your stay pending an inspection from our management company.
