The villa is very well located in a quiet community, Country Creek Estates just

off Highway 192.  All theme parks are within a 25 minute drive with Disney

attractions only 15 minutes away.  Kennedy Space Centre is just over an hour

away. We have been visiting Florida every year for over 12 years and have stayed

in many areas but believe this area to be the most central for all attractions.

It is also well situated for both Orlando International which is 25 minutes by car

and Sanford airports which is appoximately a 50 minute drive.

There are numerous restaurants located within a 1 mile radius on the 192 and the 
villa is located approx 600 yards from a Wal-mart superstore which is open for your convenience 24/7 all year round.  Countless other shops are close by and we are 
within 25 minutes of the famous Florida Mall.  The new "Loop" shopping park which boasts a number of shops and restaurants is only a short 10 minute drive.

For the golf enthusiast, there are many golf courses only a short drive away so

remember to bring your clubs.
