Since taking ownership in May 2008 we have refurbished all areas of the villa and we are committed to maintain this high standard for our holiday home and our guest's satisfaction.

We own the villa outright and guarantee that all bookings are secure and are not in danger of cancellation due to sale, repossession or foreclosure.

Our air conditioned villa, comprising 1650 square ft, is located in a beautiful well kept community.  One of the most appealing features is the villa's lakefront 40 ft swimming pool and spa which ensures a private and tranquil outlook for our visitors. The west facing pool and deck captures the sun from mid morning till sunset. What better way to relax in the evening after an exhausting day or, on a day off from visiting the theme parks

The villa is located in a very popular area for visitors to Orlando as all of the major theme parks are within 30 minutes drive from the villa, with Disney approximately 15 minutes away.

It is also ideally situated for Orlando golf with a number of courses in the near vicinity including, Kissimmee, Kissimmee Bay, Falcons Fire, Kissimmee Oaks, Remington and many, many more.  There are also an abundance of shops and restaurants within a short drive from the villa.
